My practice was born of a deep yearning, to lead from within.

For years, I operated inside a set framework, until I stepped out of the theoretical and bought into what I really wanted to happen. That paradigm shift changed my outlook, my work, my health, my whole way of being.

The world we are leading in isn’t static anymore. More strategy, tools, frameworks and AI won’t hold that, but we have within us the capability to sense into what’s emerging, while staying anchored as everything outside feels like chaos.

This is self-authorship: leading from what’s true in us, not a framework that we were taught.
